Cholesterol Plus is a food supplement that promotes the control of cholesterol and inhibits the synthesis of triglycerides, contributing to the control of plasma lipids.

This unique formula contains Berberine, which help decrease total cholesterol, LDL and triglycerides. Its beneficial effects are also due to the presence of fermented red rice, source of monacolin K, a natural statin and coenzyme Q10 that increases the activity of antioxidant enzymes, protecting the body from the risks of cardio-vascular diseases (smoking, obesity, hypertension, genetic factors, diabetes mellitus, hyperlipidemia). Nicotinic acid and folic acid complete the product, able to decrease homocysteine and consequently reduce the oxidation of LDL.

Berberis (Berberis aristata DC.) tree bark dry extract titrated at 98% in berberine (255 mg). Fermented red rice from Monascus purpureus dry extract titrated at 3% in monacolinK (167 mg). Coating agent (capsule) > hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Bulking agent > microcrystalline cellulose. Milk thistle (Silybum marianum Gaertn.) fruit dry extract titrated to 80%in silymarin (42.5 mg). Coenzyme Q10 (20 mg). Nicotinic acid (niacin) (13.5 mg). Anti-caking agents > magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide. Pteroyl-monoglutamic acid (folic acid) (150 mcg ).
