Cistus is plant belonging to the Cistaceae has strong health-promoting properties through its antioxidant, immunomodulatory, bacteriostatic and antifungal activities. Cistus has an inhibitory effect on the multiplication of viruses, which can be used to treat cold and influenza. Cistus liquid extract is commonly used. This contains a large amount of polymeric polyphenols with a peculiar composition that makes it a perfect remedy against inflammation: protocatechuic acid, kaempferol, myricetin, quercetin, epigallocatechin, catechins, rutin, procyanidins, proanthocyanidins, gallic acid.

Questa estate ho avuto la conferma di quanto siano funzionali per il benessere sia Immuno complex che Shjitake preso in precedenza. Io dall\'età di 16 anni avevo problemi di allergia ai pollini, soprattutto ai pollini di Parietaria che dovevo tenere ben lontana da me, Questa estate mi sono ritrovato senza accorgermene a strappare con le mani appunto la suddetta pianta senza accorgermene. Me ne sono reso conto quando ho sentito una leggerissima comparsa dei vecchi sintomi, tenere conto che dovevo allontanarmi velocemente se solo qualcuno strappava una pianta distante un metro da me, pena problemi di rinite, agli occhi e alle vie bronchiali. I prodotti suddetti sono molto funzionali.
