The 100% pure organic white birch sap has been used for a long time in the Nordic countries and is considered a real elixir.

This sap is directly tapped from birch trees. Trees are not damaged because the harvest is done only once a year in order to allow the plant to maintain strength and vigor.

Birch leaves contain chemicals which increase water loss through the urine and lots of mineral salts such as magnesium, calcium, phosphorus and potassium.
